Mightymamas (Adult- with children)
Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays at 9 AM
A full body workout totally geared to the post natal body. Postural work and core work are a large part of this class. We adress all the body challenges from nursing, carrying, neck and shoulder issues, to imbalances steming from pregnancy.
Zumba™ (ADULT Open Level. Participating pre/teens welcome)
Mondays & Wednesdays at 7:30pm-8:30 PM
Ditch the Workout and Join the Party! Let’s dance and burn off some calories to the international beats of Merengue, Salsa, Cumbia, Reggaeton, Bachata, Bellydance, and the list goes on! No dance experience is needed! It’s more like a PARTY!
Adult/Teen Ballet ( ADULT Open Level)
Wednesdays at 6:15 - 7:15 PM
An introduction or reimmersion into the beauty and poise of ballet. Class consist of a full ballet barre, center work, and combinations across the floor in a warm, encouraging environment. Improve your posture, shape your muscularture, and have a great workout.
Mat Pilates (ADULT Open Level)
Mondays at 6:15 - 7:15 PM beginning April 16th.
Mat Pilates will strengthen the core connection to transform your body from the "inside out." Posture, strength, and flexibilty will improve through a series of exercises based on the work of Joseph Pilates.
Enjoy a longer, leaner body and an overall feeling of health. The perfect ant-aging prescription!

Hit it and keep going in this exciting jazz class! Warm up, explore the latest moves and present the combination each class.
Afro-Beat Fusion Workshop (ADULT Open Level)

Afro-Beat Fusion combines dances from Africa, Cuba, Haiti, and Brazil. Focusing on the high energy and powerful nature of West African dance, this workshop will draw influences from the rhythmic, yet fluid gestures of East Africa, the grace and beauty of Afro-Cuban folkloric dances and the party life of Brazil. As we learn the songs, dances and their meanings, we will move and groove to the tantalizing rhythms of the African diaspora. This high-energy cardio class will be sure to work out our bodies and our souls. All levels welcome. No shoes necessary. TBA |
Floor Barre ® (ADULT)
Floor-Barre ® is a body conditioning technique for dancers, created and trademarked by Zena Rommett, to help the individual achieve maximum movement potential through work focusing on body alignment and proper usage of muscles. In addition to building long lines and enhancing one's ability, Floor-Barre is used for both dance-related injury recovery and prevention. Using only the resistance of the floor, balletic movement is performed on the back, and then brought to standing for barre and centre work. Generally, centre exercises call upon ballet with traditional music. However, this course plans to incorporate other genres of dance and pit it against a vast variety of music, ranging from industrial rock to pop, indie to hip-hop, electronica...and sometimes metal.

Ballroom Basics (ADULT Open Level)
Come learn the basics of social dance. Introduction to the rhythm and style of several ballroom dances. Learn the Swing, Merengue, Foxtrot, Waltz, and Rumba. No experience necessary, just be ready to move and have a good time! Currently on Hiatus.
