Our goal is to get you dancing and having fun.
No previous experience or partner required.
Topics and Fundamentals: Balance (posture, tango walk), rhythms (single and double-time), connection (communicating with torso, tango embrace), leading and following techniques, technical control, musicality, and styles.
Note: Bring shoes that allow you to pivot. High heels for women, leather sole shoes for men are recommended.

Hula provides for both spiritual and physical wellness - improving strength, posture and balance of the whole individual. Connect your mind with your hands and feet, as hula works the entire body and provides a fun yet calming experience for the dancer and entertainment for the audience. No matter one's age, gender, body type, or ethnicity, learning to dance the Hula has something that every “body” can enjoy.
